Rutherford Fire and Ambulance Headquarters
In Rutherford, fire and ambulance services are provided by volunteers. There are three firehouses and five companies; the ambulance corps headquarters is next to one of the firehouses.
Firehouse 1 & 4 and the Ambulance Corps, 40 Ames Avenue.
Firehouse 2, 400 Mortimer Avenue.
