Boiling Springs finished on a winning note by topping Altman 6-5 in extra innings. Springs scored three runs in the sixth to tie on hits by David Plaskow, David Oliver and David Bishop. Oliver then drove in Armando Bejarano with the winning run in the seventh. Steve Jennerich relieved Plaskow in the seventh and got the win.
