Gus Boisits had a two-run homer as Elks topped Roadrunner 3-2. Boisits’ first-inning blast scored Chuck Dolan, who had singled, and matched two runs which Roadrunner tallied in the top of the frame on a double by Ben Calvitti. The winning run scored on singles by Vic Keeler and George Coles in the fourth.
