Keith Klein pitched a three-hitter for Roadrunner and doubled in both runs. Ben Calvitti and Bumper Vezo helped the winning cause with two hits each. Those were the only hits off Kiwanis hurler Joe Papenberg, who struck out nine. Kiwanis scored on a single by Bob Merli and a double by Brian Jones.
