Tom Ferullo came on in relief of Vinnie DeCesare as the Lions topped Elks, 9-3. Dave LoBello and Jim Froehlich each had three hits while Ferullo, Vinnie DeCesare and Bobby Duthaler had two apiece for the Lions. Gus Boisits had a two-run double for Elks.
