Bobby Callen allowed only four hits and struck out seven as the Lions ended a 5-game losing streak. Tom Meloro had three hits for the winners, while Bill LaFaso, Dave LoBello and Vinnie DeCesare also contributed to the attack. Guy Indyk had two hits for Elks.
