Sam Ferretti led the defending town champs to their third straight win as he allowed just one hit, struck out 13 and delivered two hits at bat. Bob Rose, Steve Zak and John Papenberg also had two safeties for Springs. Tom Shannon had the only hit for Altman, and Gary Meister pitched well for the losers.
