Jim Brinksma and Glen Desimone, sharing the pitching for Pasquin on Thursday, matched Joe Manney, the Elks’ hurler, in giving up six hits, with the result that the game wound up in a tie, called because of darkness, at 4-4.
Each team made a run and then three. Pasquin got their single run in the first, and Elks in the second. The Elks went ahead with three in the third, but Pasquin drew even with three in the fourth.
Ron Holck caught for Pasquin, and Bob Carovillano for Elks.
