Harold Schweiser hurled a two-hit shutout on Tuesday, as the JCC club made their four bingles off Billy Muench count for three runs to hang up a 3-0 victory. Schweiser’s shutout was the third in Little League play this season.
JCC broke the scoreless deadlock in the fourth on DeWitt Walker’s single, a walk to Schweiser and consecutive one-baggers by Richie Butcher and Ed Lygas. There were no extra-base blows in the game.
