Monday produced a couple of thrillers. At Tamblyn Field Eugene Cole pitched a no-hitter over the six-inning route to enable the Pastores to down Ry Alyea and the Kiwanis side, 3-1. Nils Wisloff weighed in with a two-run round-tripper in the third to provide the winning margin. The losers played sharp ball afield behind Alyea’s four-hit hurling.
