Joe McGlynn’s two-out homer with a man aboard in the last half of the final inning enabled the Legion to break a 6-6 tie and beat the Lions 8-6 last Monday. Bob Dziadosz racked up the win, his fifth of the season against one loss.
Don Gaselbert’s three hits and McGlynn and Dziadosz with two apiece, led Legion batsmen. Ray Reardon and Ken Rohrbeck chipped in a pair apiece for the losers.
